Very promising results from SCS today. Pekisko fracs are working nicely and Gilwood seems to have good potential. Bad news is that BHL might be too thin in SCS acreage.
4 meters of pay is no where near enough and the porosity doesn't cut it either.
The Gilwood well was a positive surprise. No info on the size of the structure. Page 22 of the new presentation shows the outline of something, but what? BHL and Gilwood are separate formations.
The Pekisko wells in Judy Creek seem have similar production profiles as the Pekisko wells in Crew Energy's Princess property, the reserves per well are lower though.
Market is punishing SCS for the disappointing BHL results. The test well (and the outline on page 22) is surprisingly far east, far away from the developed BHL. ARN is drilling close to developed portion. The geology must be complex or they are just not drilling in the sweet spot, for some reason.
