Arctic Ore

After yesterday's take-over bid for Baffinland and reading this older piece of news about Northeast passage Northland Resources looks to me like a potential takeover target. Honestly don't know all that much about the company, but the exporting of the iron ore from the mines in Sweden and Finland via Norway to China looks like a viable option.

Insider ownership is always a good thing. Have the insiders been adding or selling shares lately?

The DFS(I think this used to be called bankable feasibility study) was published today and Narvik appears to be the port of choice for exporting:
"The DFS is based on regular year-round shipments from the deep-water, ice-free port of Narvik, Norway, and the Company is expected to utilize Cape-Size vessels for customers outside Europe. "
